LDJ Capital signs DREAM CHAIN MOU with Dream Global Partners

LDJ Capital is pleased to announce that they will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Dream Global Partners Pte. Ltd. for the utilization of DREAM CHAIN, a global real estate blockchain ecosystem platform.
The MOU signing ceremony will take place at the DREAM CHAIN Alliance Booth during the Real Estate Blockchain Expo (RBE) in Seoul, South Korea at 3:00 P.M. on September 20, 2018.
LDJ Capital Chairman David Drake will participate at the MOU signing ceremony with DREAM CHAIN’s executives including COO Richard Bak. More recently, David Drake is also seen as a leader in blockchain and cryptocurrency. He saw the value of digital assets when it was yet unpopular. It all started in 2011 when Drake collaborated on the JOBS Act to create new laws underlying all fundraising in the U.S. for all ICOs. He runs a $200M LDJ Cayman Fund focused on cryptocurrency, mining, and ICO acquisitions. LDJ Capital Credit also offers middle market bridge financing to seed upcoming ICOs. Previously, he held the largest stake as a Managing Partner together with Robert Hambrecht in an Alternative Energy Fund NewCommons Capital 2009-2010.
