The Fintech sector has been developing rapidly, not only in the United Statesو but in other countries as well. In an interview with the Dutch newspaper, Algemeen Dagblad (AD), Holland Fintech Founder Don Ginsel stated that Amsterdam may very well be the Fintech firms’ tech hub, since the Fintech industry in Netherlands is “on fire”. Ginsel elaborated that the Netherlands has the lowest cash payments around the world, excellent financial structure, and determined individuals who work on producing novel ideas.

Pritle, an online wealth manager, hires employees from Russia, Singapore, United States, the Netherlands and Lebanon. According to CEO and Founder Thomas Bunnik, once they post a job opening, they would immediately get a response within 48 hours. Bunnik added that many of the applicants voice out their intentions of relocating to Amsterdam, and inquire when is the soonest they can start. He shared further that the capital city is a wonderful place to work and live. Furthermore, since a lot of Dutch firms are hiring fintech geniuses from all over the world, this saves them a lot of red tape and excessive regulation hassles.
