June 30, 2015 – NEW YORK — The “FSXInterlinked Atlanta #investment Conference” was held at the Loews Resort in Midtown Atlanta. It brought together the country’s best and brightest investment professionals.
David Drake, Chairman of LDJ #capital, The Soho Loft Media Group and Victoria Global said, “Investors have witnessed outstanding management presentations from 20 CEOs of high potential emerging growth companies. Having this much possible quality deal in one event is a rare opportunity.”
Day 1 started off with a welcome reception for all participants. Day 2 covered management presentation blocks for the select companies who have gone through extensive and rigorous screening in terms of viability and growth potential. Day 3 involved special sessions that talked about hot topics on capital raising and exits.
Former CEO of the American Stock Exchange (AMEX) Neil Wolkoff was the keynote speaker. Neil is a former top level executive for three exchanges including AMEX before it merged with the NYSE.
One of the key highlights of the conference was the special session on Regulation A+, the newly approved Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) rules. The landmark legislation allows companies to raise capital from the public up to $50 million dollars without the hassle of complying with stringent state rules. For investors, this creates a new layer of public securities for alternative investments that they can leverage.

Robert Kaplan – Managing Partner at Kaplan Voekler Cunningham & Frank
Scott Andersen – FinLawyer and Partner at ConsultDA

What we have on our agenda is going to make Atlanta our finest conference to date, and I couldn’t be more excited about our line-up of presenting companies. This is definitely going to be the conference where deals will get done!”
