The SoHo Loft Capital Creation Events (TSL) is a global event platform aimed at enhancing capital formation and fostering the growth of private company marketplace. We aim to advise and work with leading service providers, startups and revenue domestic and, including but not limited to international companies looking for capital formation and US listing opportunities.

Our events provide an unparalleled opportunity for the global investing community to learn more about the rapidly expanding marketplace for private company stock and the crucial role this marketplace is playing in enhancing capital formation as well as meet senior executives of this market’s potential companies.

TSL is the leading adviser globally for private companies, their liquidity strategies and the platforms evolving in the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act (“JOBS Act”) including but not limited to Regulation A, Regulation D andCrowd Funding aspects of the bill. We are advocates and strategists for the new ?Nasdaq’ we see developing.

We work closely with our sponsors and their work with congress that lead to the JOBS Act being signed by President Obama April 5, 2012. TSL continues working closely with the Securities & Exchange Commission (“SEC”), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”), House of Representative and Senatorial offices behind the JOBS Act, US Commerce Department, US Chamber of Commerce and other institutions to streamline the JOBS Act implementation process.

We are founders of the crowd funding intermediary regulatory advocacyCFIRA.ORG. We have with CFIRA representatives already met several times with the members of the Corporate Finance, Trading and Markets and Office of the Compliance Inspection Divisions of the SEC.

TSL has a a very select attendance list of 50-500 guests per event and only invite high net worth investors, CIOs of investors, merchant banks, hedge fund managers, VCs, private equity firms, family offices, sovereign wealth funds and secondary stock buyers/specialists.
