   I had no idea you where as psyched about the JOBS act as you are. Any news on the formal SEC guidelines or will it be postponed again?

   We are waiting for the SEC final approval of the jobs act, in order to activate a new fund raising for a new company. WE would like to know if you could advise us on the status of the law, as well as to inform us in which way your company can help us with our fund raising program.
