VIP guests and major investors attend the Los Angeles VCs, Angels, Crypto and ICOs Event organized by FundingPost

Industry experts, investors, venture capitalists, blockchain and crypto enthusiasts, entrepreneurs, startups, and company executives will gather at the Expert DOJO in Santa Monica, California for the Los Angeles VCs, Angels, Crypto and ICOs Event on October 9, 2018.

LDJ Capital Chairman David Drake is one of the speakers for this event. More recently, David Drake is also seen as a leader in blockchain and cryptocurrency.  He saw the value of digital assets when it was yet unpopular. It all started in 2011 when Drake collaborated on the JOBS Act to create new laws underlying all fundraising in the U.S. for all ICOs.  He runs a $200M LDJ Cayman Fund focused on cryptocurrency, mining, and ICO acquisitions. LDJ Capital Credit also offers middle market bridge financing to seed upcoming ICOs. Previously, he held a majority stake as a Managing Partner with Robert Hambrecht in an Alternative Energy Fund NewCommons Capital 2009-2010.

Drake says, “It’s a good opportunity for startups and entrepreneurs to gain tips and insights straight from the investors in this event. The fireside chat setup allows the investors, the companies, and the attendees to learn, interact, and expand their networks at the same time.”

This event features panel discussions, conversations with the investors, and startup presentations. The attendees can also enjoy networking opportunities at the cocktail party. Some of the topics to be discussed include ICO basics, early-stage venture investing, developing blockchain applications, blockchain for enterprise, and security token offerings (STOs).
